Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the new features activate immediately and you pay the pro-rated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What currencies are supported? +
All plans include multi-currency accounts supporting 30+ fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CNH, MNT, THB, and more), the OZ gold-backed stablecoin, derivative stablecoins (sUSD, sCNH), and native ProbeChain tokens. Gold and above plans unlock OZ stablecoin minting.
How does gold custody work? +
Gold custody is provided through OZ Vault, our multi-jurisdiction distributed storage system. Your gold is registered on-chain with verifiable proof of reserves. Standard accounts can store up to 1 oz, Gold up to 100 oz, and Platinum/Private Banking enjoy unlimited custody. All gold is 99.99% pure and redeemable as physical 1 oz sovereign coins at any time.
Is Islamic finance available on all plans? +
Islamic finance (Mudarabah profit-sharing model, no Riba) is currently available exclusively on the Private Banking plan. This includes Sharia-compliant custody, profit-sharing instead of interest, and fully asset-backed investment products. We are working to expand these features to lower tiers in the future.
